Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • Incorrect items were delivered

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Opened seals

  • Products that trigger allergic reactions

  • Items purchased on promotion

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will:

  • Be processed to the original payment method

  • Be issued once returned items are inspected

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for damaged or defective items. Photographic evidence may be required.

5. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return courier fees unless the item was damaged due to our error.

6. Delivery Handling

We use Aramex for deliveries. If your location is outside their delivery coverage, you may collect your parcel at your nearest PEP Store using PAXI.
