1. Courier Service

All products are shipped via Aramex.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

2. Out-of-Coverage Areas

If Aramex does not deliver to your address, your parcel may be routed for collection at a PEP Store via PAXI.

You will be notified if this applies to your order.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Tracking

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect customer information.

Please ensure:

  • Address

  • Postal code

  • Contact number

are correct at checkout.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will assist in submitting a courier claim.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
